Using the latest technology from the world of professional sport, Emily Hedgecoe will assess how you are sitting in the saddle and the balance of your rein contact. She will then offer advice and coaching on the best way to correct any asymmetry. Riders will leave with a detailed picture of the effect they are having on their horse and a clear idea of the way ahead.
Based in Stirlingshire, we run clinics throughout Scotland. Alternatively, we can come to you for a private consultation or you are welcome to come to our friendly yard in Blanefield, which has an indoor school.
Helping riders of all abilities sit straighter in the saddle.

When she was younger Emily cracked her pelvis in a riding fall. Years later this manifested as an asymmetry that she could feel when schooling her horses. And so started the biomechanics journey; years of research, filming, reading, exercises… Delighted with the results, Emily is now sharing her knowledge and experience with riders across Scotland.
Emily has ridden since she was a child, as a member of Galloway Pony Club and then the New Forest Pony Club. Trained by Jennie Loriston-Clarke and Paul Fielder, Emily competed successfully at BE Intermediate Level and BE 3*. While at Edinburgh University, she won both the Scottish and British University Championships. Currently Emily produces young horses and competes at BE100. Emily is DC of Strathblane and District Pony Club.
